Basic Terms and Conditions of 1Win
A bet is an agreement between a client and a betting company to win based on the outcome of an event. Outcome – the result of the event on which the bet is placed. Client – a person who bets money on the outcome. The line includes events, their possible outcomes and odds.
Cancellation of a bet means a refund to the client. The main time of the match is the duration of the game without additional periods. All bets are calculated based on information from the data center.
Customers must check the correctness of the calculated winnings and notify the company of any disagreement within 10 days. A bet is considered won if all predicted outcomes are correct. Betting conditions may change, but previously placed bets remain valid.
The bookmaker company may cancel bets in case of errors or suspicion of foul play. Claims for transliteration of team names will not be accepted. The original text of the terms and conditions in English shall prevail over translations.
About sports betting rules
Before you start betting, it is important to know the basic rules of 1Win. Bets are accepted only on the events available in the bookmaker’s line and the odds do not change after the bet is placed. The bookmaker may limit the maximum bets and refuse to accept them without explanation. A bet is considered accepted only after registration on the server and cannot be canceled.
Bets are accepted before the start of the event, and those made afterwards are invalid, except for bets on live broadcasts. In case of bet cancellation, only single bets will be refunded. Incorrectly calculated bets will be recalculated and sporting events are considered postponed or canceled only on the basis of official information.
It is important to remember that bets are canceled if false information is provided or if they are placed on a known outcome. If an event is interrupted, the results at the time of interruption will be settled and if the results are not determined within 48 hours, bets will be voided at odds of 1.
Types of bets at 1Win Uganda
There are different types of bets available at 1Win Uganda. A single bet is placed on a specific outcome of an event and the winnings are calculated as the product of the bet amount by the set odds. An express bet includes several independent outcomes of events; the winnings are determined by the product of the bet amount on the odds of all outcomes, and a loss on one of them means a loss of the whole express. A system is a combination of several expresses where the winnings are calculated on the basis of the number of winning outcomes, e.g. two out of three. The maximum number of events in a system is 16.
Only one dependent outcome can be included in the express. If several dependent events are added to the express, the ones with the lowest odds are excluded. Dependent outcomes are events where the result of one affects the other. Betting on “Team will score a penalty Yes/No” is considered as losing if the penalty was not awarded in the main time of the game. Similarly, bets on “How the goal will be scored” and “Next goal” are considered as losing bets if the said goal is not scored.
Live bets are also available at 1Win, which are accepted on the main and additional outcomes of matches. These bets can be placed as single bets or as express bets. A bet is considered accepted after its registration on the server and online confirmation; no changes are allowed after that. The bookmaker company is not responsible for inaccuracies in the current results of matches, so customers are advised to use independent sources of information. Live bets are not edited and are not deleted after they are accepted.
Match results and procedure for resolving disputes in 1Win Uganda
The calculation of bets may be revised in case of an incorrect result provided by the bookmaker. In this case, the actual start time of events determined on the basis of official sources shall be taken into account. The bookmaker is not responsible for the discrepancy between the date and time of the actual start of events, as the specified data are indicative. All bets placed after the start of the event are settled with odds “1”, except for live bets.
If the client has placed a bet on a known outcome, such a bet shall be canceled after a special investigation. If a participant refuses to fight before the start of the event, all bets on him are canceled. If the participant drops out during the competition, the bets until the start of the last round remain valid, the rest are canceled.
If the participant did not take part in the match, the odds of winning on bets on him is equal to “1”. In tennis matches the refusal before the start of the game also results in odds “1”, except for bets on the result. If the lineup changes, all bets on the event are canceled, but in team events the bets remain in force when the participants are replaced.
In case of transferring events to a neutral or opponent’s field, bets remain valid. In friendly matches the change of venue also does not affect the bets. In case of disputable situations, the final decision is made by the betting company. If data from different sources differ, payments may be suspended until the circumstances are clarified. Errors in odds calculations may also result in a “1” odds payout.
Restrictions on users
Persons who are under 18 years of age or the required age for gambling under the laws of their jurisdiction may not use the website. Use of the website by minors is a violation of the Agreement, and the bookmaker has the right to request documents to confirm the age of the client.
The Client confirms that the use of the website complies with the laws of his jurisdiction and assumes full responsibility for possible risks. Bets are not accepted from participants of events (athletes, coaches, etc.) and persons whose participation is prohibited by law. In case of violation of these conditions, the bookmaker may refuse to pay out winnings or cancel bets.
If the client commits fraudulent actions (e.g. multi-account or use of automated software), the bookmaker reserves the right to cancel bets and close the client’s account.
Account opening
To access 1Win services, an account must be opened. The client can register “in 1 click” or specify an e-mail and password, as well as provide personal data: name, phone number and date of birth. It is important to provide a valid e-mail address.
The company may request documents to verify the client’s identity. If the documents are not provided, the profile may be suspended or blocked. The Client confirms that the information provided during registration is complete and correct and undertakes to update it when changes occur.
Each client can open only one account; duplicate accounts will be closed and transactions will be canceled. The client is obliged to return all winnings and funds received from the duplicate account at the first request of the company. In case of questions, you can contact the support service.
Identity confirmation and legalization
The name and date of birth in the customer profile must match the actual data. The name given at registration must match the name on the credit card or other payment profiles. The bookmaker may request documents such as copies of passport, utility bills or bank statements to verify identity and address.
If the customer fails to provide the requested documents or verification fails within a reasonable time, the bookmaker reserves the right to block the profile pending successful verification and cancel transactions. The bookmaker may also carry out security checks to confirm customer information and compliance with legislation.
The Client agrees to provide additional information upon request and understands that these measures are necessary to comply with gambling and anti-money laundering regulations.
Collusion, fraud and criminal activity
The following activities are prohibited on 1Win: transferring information to third parties, fraud, using malware and stolen data to fund your account, and engaging in criminal activity. The company may suspend payments in case of suspected bonus abuse and will take action against fraudulent activities.
Customers are obliged to report suspected collusion or fraud through the helpdesk. The company has the right to block access to the website and report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities without prior notice. Gambling activities on behalf of third parties are also prohibited and the profile will be blocked if there is insufficient skill in betting.
Aggressive or abusive communication, threatening other customers or employees is prohibited on the website. It is also not acceptable to upload disruptive information, including viruses and spam.
Terms and procedure for termination of the Agreement
The Company has the right to delete a client’s profile without prior notice in a number of cases, including termination of services, linking to previously deleted or blocked profiles, engaging in criminal conspiracy, interfering with the operation of the site, or publishing offensive information. In such cases, the funds in the customer’s account will be returned after the application is completed and the debt is withheld.
The company can close the profile by sending a notification to the specified e-mail address and is obliged to return the funds, except in cases of fraud. If the client cannot be contacted, the funds are temporarily moved to the betting company’s account.
Breach of terms and conditions
The client agrees to indemnify and defend the company against any claims arising from breach of the terms of the agreement, laws or unauthorized access to the services. In case of violation, the company has the right to notify the client of the violation, suspend or block his account, as well as recover the amounts of winnings or bonuses received as a result of the violation. It is also possible to cancel the client’s username and password.
Clients’ personal data
The Company strictly complies with the requirements for personal data protection and processes personal information of clients in accordance with the privacy policy. By providing their data, clients agree to its processing for the purposes specified in the agreement and compliance with regulatory obligations. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except when necessary for the provision of services. The Company keeps copies of all correspondence with customers.
Complaints and notifications
In case of complaints or grievances about the website, the customer should contact the support team via online chat, phone or email. The record of the disagreement can be used as evidence when considering the claim.
The player can challenge the situation by providing facts and arguments in writing via online chat or email. The company will consider the appeal within 14 days, with a possible extension of up to 30 days for additional checks. It is forbidden to use profanity and insults in the letter.
